Snow Report - 05-02-2018
The extremely cold weather is gradually on its way out, with temperatures more normal for this time of year. There is currently a thin cloud cover across the whole sky, which is going to increase during the morning and then ameliorate in the afternoon, possibly letting the sun through at times. Foehn and Lombarde wind, which started up again in the night, is going to get up to 50-70km/h at the peaks of the mountain, and even below the summits, it could get quite gusty with wind from the South/South-East anywhere between 20 and 70km/h. Maximum temperatures are predicted to get up to -2°C at 2000m and -8°C at 3000m. Similarly unsettled weather is expected tonight.
